AffWorth is a subscription web application that gives access to a database of affiliate programmes together with calculated figures such as commission per order, break-even cost-per-click and profit margin. Access is granted online. Nothing is shipped and no file is delivered for download.
The service is operated by an individual trader based in Vietnam, contactable at support@affworth.com. Payments are processed by Polar Software Inc. acting as merchant of record; your invoice and any applicable sales tax or VAT are issued by Polar.
Access is tied to the email address used at checkout. You may use the service for yourself or for the business you work for. You may not share your access with people outside your organisation, resell access, or redistribute the database in whole or in substantial part.
Do not scrape the service in bulk, do not attempt to extract the full database by automated means, and do not use the service to build or feed a competing database. We may suspend access that breaches this clause, and will refund the unused part of the period when we do.
Figures such as bid ranges, commission rates and traffic estimates come from third-party sources and from merchants themselves. They change over time. Every figure is dated. Coverage is published openly on the site and is incomplete by design while scoring continues. Calculated figures rest on stated assumptions, notably the conversion rate, which you can change.
AffWorth does not guarantee that any programme will be profitable to advertise. The service supports your decision; it does not make it. You are responsible for your own advertising spend and for complying with each merchant's affiliate terms, including any restriction on paid search.
We aim to keep the service available and to refresh the data on a regular schedule, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost advertising spend, lost profit, or loss of an advertising or affiliate account.
You may cancel at any time from the customer portal linked in your receipt. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are covered by the refund policy.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email to subscribers at least 14 days before they take effect.
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Nothing here removes consumer rights you have where you live.
